Tina M. Harmon is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fantabulous U. A native Washingtonian, she was educated in the DC Public School System. She also attended the University of the District of Columbia as well as Southeastern University, that is now defunct. She is a mother, evangelist, speaker, entrepreneur, author, and has been a public servant for more than 30 years in the Federal Government.

Her passion is to serve, reach, teach, encourage, inspire, motivate and to be an agent of change in the lives of women; young and mature, who struggle and battle strongholds of low self-esteem, knowing their worth, value and operating in confidence.

Operating under an entrepreneurial mantle, Ms. Harmon has operated several businesses from childhood to adulthood. Using social media as a platform to get her messages out, she has posted live video calls lives  entitled the Fantabulous U Esteem Inspirational and Motivational segments, as well as   hosted   the Fantabulous U Luncheon and Wild Heart Awards program  where she  honored men and women who’s overcome tremendous struggles. 

For more than 20 years, Evangelist Harmon has served under the anointed and powerful leadership of Dr. Robert L. Bryan, Jr., Pastor of Sword of the Spirit Ministries. She currently serves on the ministerial staff and until 2014 filled the position as a leaders of the women's fellowship.
